The instructions below are provided to help you determine the best size for your Ruby chinstrap. These instructions are a guide only:

1. Sit in a comfortable chair.
2. Have an assistant measure the circumference around your chin to the back of your neck, below the ears. The tape should be horizontal to the floor.
3. If the circumference is greater than 25 inches, choose the X-Large, otherwise the regular adjustable should work fine.
