This chin strap is available in two sizes, (Regular which fits Small to Large) and it also is available in an XL size. Both sizes have adjustable straps at the crown of the head and at the base of the neck. 1. Sit in a comfortable chair.
2. Have an assistant measure the circumference around your chin to the back of your neck, below the ears. The tape should be horizontal to the floor.
3. If the circumference is greater than 25 inches, choose the X-Large, otherwise the regular adjustable should work fine.
